The insect protection kit is mounted around the reveal. You need a space of at least 70 mm above the reveal, and at least 50 mm to the side and below.
The professional, matt powder-coated aluminum profiles and the pleated fabric can be shortened by hand with a suitable hacksaw and thus adjusted to your desired size.
